While we maintain strict quality control standards throughout our manufacturing operations, the highly individualized nature of this process means that systematic production errors or deviations may occasionally occur.

We explicitly state that the delivery of an incorrect item, or one that deviates from the requested specifications, is strictly a systematic manufacturing discrepancy and in no way constitutes a deliberate act of deception, misrepresentation, or fraud.

We stand by the integrity of our craftsmanship. In the event that a customer receives an incorrect product due to a production error on our end, the customer reserves the right to claim one of the following resolutions:

Full Refund: A complete return of the original purchase amount.

Product Exchange: An exchange of the incorrect item for an alternative article.

Complimentary Remake: A brand new, fully corrected version of the originally ordered article, manufactured and shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
